How long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to arrange for delivery within 3 working days after confirming receipt of your order. If you're located in Russia or Brazil, we can only ship via Registered Mail, China EMS, or Epacket. If you prefer a specific express company, please leave a message in your order.

Orders Over $99
For orders over $99, we offer economic shipping with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 days.
Orders Over $299
For orders over $299, we offer fast shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days.
Delivery Scope and Shipping Fees
We are proud to be an international brand, and we offer global shipping. Please note that due to special circumstances, we charge an additional $20 shipping fee for orders to Taiwan, and there is no free shipping policy for this location.
Once we confirm your order, we will generally send out the goods the next day (within three working days during promotional periods).
If you need to intercept the goods before shipping, please contact us via email.
Please note that any costs incurred after the goods are sent will be the responsibility of the customer. If the interception is successful, we will refund the appropriate amount within three days of receiving the return.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that you input the correct shipping information at checkout. We cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing due to incorrect information, and we are not liable to refund/replace this order.
Sales & Use Tax
For customers in applicable US states, Sales & Use Tax may be charged on your order. The appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded to the original method of payment in the event of a return and/or refund.
What is Sales & Use Tax?
Sales & Use Tax (“Sales Tax”) will be charged by applicable states of the US to customers who purchase from us. We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in those states. You will see the Sales Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.
How is Sales & Use Tax calculated?
Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value net of any discount. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your state).
Sales Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage.
Will Sales & Use Tax be refundable?
In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded to the original method of payment.
Customs and Import Fees
Please note that import duties are beyond our control, and we are unable to account for any additional customs/import fees upon delivery. If you are not sure whether you will be subject to customs fees, please contact your local customs for more information before placing an order.
If your local customs requires a commercial invoice to clear the customs duty, please email us, and the invoice will be sent to you. However, if there is any special requirement for your customs policy, please let us know before sending.
If you refuse to accept the package due to high taxes, we cannot issue a refund. However, from our experience, the taxes for most countries are not high, and in many cases, there are even no taxes.
