Delivery time
Free shipping means that we may choose the cheaper shipping way, sometimes, which will cause the delay or longer shipping times.
We pay very attention on your shopping feel on our store, and we also need to keep the safety shipping for the high value product.
Please note that we will arrange for delivery within 3 working days after we confirm receipt of your order (All payment makes on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday.)
( For some countries, due to the customs clearance issue, if you would like to ship out via specific express company, please leave the message on the order.
For Russian or Brazil, it only can be shipped out via Registered mail or China EMS, or Epacket )
We will provide tracking information to your email address, so you can check on the parcel’s delivery status.

Note: US orders can be shipped from the FBA warehouse and the shipping time is approximately one week
Delivery scope
We are an international brand, so the shipping area is global.
(Taiwan needs to charge an additional $20 shipping fee due to special reasons, no free shipping policy).
About intercepting orders
The goods will generally be sent out the day after we confirm the order (within three working days during the promotion period).
Please note that we will send an email to us to intercept the goods before shipping, otherwise all costs incurred after the goods are sent will be borne by the customer. After the interception is successful, we will complete the refund within three days after receiving the return.
Unsuccessful delivery
If you input the incorrect address information at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. we are not liable to refund/replace this order.
Sales & Use Tax
1.What is Sales & Use Tax?
Sales & Use Tax (“Sales Tax”) will be charged by applicable states of the US to customers who purchase from us. We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in those states. You will see the Sales Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.
2.How is Sales & Use Tax calculated?
Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value net of any discount. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your state).
Sales Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage.
3.Will Sales & Use Tax be refundable?
In case of returns and/or refunds, the appropriate Sales Tax will also be refunded to the original method of payment.
About Customs
Import duties are beyond iKKO Audio's control, we are unable to account for any additional customs / import fees upon delivery. You may need to pay additional import fees. If you are not sure whether you will be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs for more information before placing an order.
We will try our best to help you to pass through the local customs smootly. If your local customs required to submit the commercial invoice to clear the customs duty, please email us, and the invoice will be sent to you.
But if there is any special requirement for your customs policy, please let us know before sending.
If you refuse to get the package because the high tax, we also cannot refund you. （Don’t worry,from our experience,for most countries, the tax won’t be high, and in many cases, there are even no tax）
